I know that there are a lot of things going on here in the States that make even thinking about developing real estate a risky move these days, but if there is one thing that I have learned, it is that sometimes you have to go with your gut and just make a move when no one else will.  For me, I’m looking to make a move with Phuket real estate, because I am well aware of the fact that Thailand property is very valuable due to the absolute beautiful locations that are available out there.  And from what I’ve heard, Phuket villas are some of the best in the world.
