One of my old students is graduating from college this year.  She has just started looking in Miami for a place to live.  She wants to make sure that she will have a place by the time she does graduate otherwise she’ll be out on the street.  That’s why she has already started looking. She is not rally interested in a house since it would definitely be too expensive.  She’s not ready to buy any thing yet but probably could not even afford to rent a house in the area she likes.  So far, she has narrowed her search down to three furnished apartments miami.
