I have found that one of the best ways for me to increase my ability to study is to exercise more. I’ve heard that the way that oxygen flow increases when you exercise helps the brain focus a lot more clearly. The other thing I’ve found is that exercise helps relieve stress and this makes it much eaiser for me to focus on the study project at hand. 

Even simple things like taking the stairs, going for a walk or a brief run seem to make it much eaiser when I sit down to study. I’m going to try listening to podcasts of lectures from other schools on the same topic as the classes I’m taking to see if the combination of lectures and exercise works well.
