I graduated from college a few years ago, and I have been renting an apartment for the past couple years.  I simply didn’t have enough money to buy a house, but now I have plenty of money to do so.  I have been looking at some houses, and I decided on the one that I wanted to buy earlier today.  I am now looking at some of my loan options, and I think that the Homepath loan sounds like the best kind of loan for me to get.  I have OK credit, and I will be able to get approved for this loan quite easily.
