I can hardly spell the word but there is something that I am familiar with and that is preparation of good pastries and bread.  Instrumentation training involved learning how to calibrate the thermometers that measure temperatures in the many appliances needed in the preparation area for baking these goodies.  It can be a disaster if the temperature gets too high and you kill the yeast.  So it became apparent that I needed to buy into one of the courses offered on e-learning and get the straight word.  So my course was set and success was just down the road for me in my new career in calibration.
