One day last week I was down in Canyon Lake with my friend Ron Kemper who happens to be my real estate broker. Over the past few years we have invested in real estate together and have made a pretty good income from some of the properties we have purchased. While looking at a new five bedroom house I got a phone call on my cell phone. It turned out to be my nephew William who is attending a Denver bartending school. William was calling to let me know that he would be down in my area in about a month because he will be graduating from the school.
