Our church has been so blessed the past few years to see tremendous growth to the point now that we’re going to have to build a larger sanctuary.  It’s so hard to choose from the many commercial builders Dallas has to offer.  There are a few that specialize in church building.  This was our first consideration.  And there are huge conglomerates that build dozens or hundreds of buildings at a time. 

But we finally decided on a small, lesser know builder called Bella Estates.  They focus primarily on single family homes.  But they do the occasional commercial project as well.  In keeping with our belief system, we like the fact that they are a straight cash operation.  They do not depend on bank construction loans to build.  So not only are we on the same wavelength, philosophically, we also don’t have to worry about their loan being called in the over-zealous, paranoid banker while we’re in the middle of our building project.
