Know Your Blood Pressure

It would be easiest for you to have an automatic one but if you are not living alone you could use a manual one. The blood pressure cuffs are not greatly expensive and it could be useful knowledge and aid in predicting some cardiac issues. If you take a lot of medications it could be helpful to know if they are altering your blood pressure. It is also a good idea for you to be familiar with your average normal blood pressure reading. Lastly, if you experience dizziness you will have the ability to check your blood pressure at the time of the occurance.
