When considering if you should eat your planned amount of calories even if you’re full one possible change you could consider, is that your carbs don’t have to be split evenly across all meals; you can move more of your carbs after your weight training sessions.
The peri-workout nutrition will help you ‘deal’ with the carbs more effectively. (larger post workout meal) or before and after training (the “bracketing” technique for pre and post workout meals), on heavy training days. You may find yourself with a bigger appetite and able to eat more in a post workout meal (which is always fun).
Some people, myself included, find themselves hungrier at breakfast too, and able to squeeze in more calories in the first meal of the day, thereby getting the daily total up higher, even though the late day meals stay the same size.
Don’t stress out over anything - be happy! - and let your results dictate your approach.
