Low Glycemic Foods

This is a good for people who are healthy but this is a really bad thing for people who are obese and who are suffering from diabetes.
Diabetes is a condition wherein the body do not produce enough insulin to counter the large amounts of glucose or it is possible that the body does not respond to the insulin. Symptoms of this illness are increased hunger and thirst and increased appetite. The doctor usually recommends the patient to consume low glycemic foods to prevent glucose levels from shooting up.
