There are many experts in many areas in our company, but there is not anyone on staff who can really handle the more high level implementation and the support that we would need for the big change over that we are planning to the new software for the whole company. We cannot take care of this internally with the people we have, but we do not have to have the experts on staff due to the availability of the Outsource Sharepoint Development that we have in our area of the state. We are lucky to have them on our side for his project.
